Healthcare Facilities Development, Inc. was founded in 2002 based on the thirty-five year career of HCFD's President, James H. Henry, a licensed architect in the healthcare industry. This considerable working experience as Project Development Manager/Owner's Representative has included being involved in the planning, programming, designing and constructing of many healthcare projects ranging in size from small renovations to projects containing over a quater million square feet. These projects are located in thirty-five states throughout the United States.


Healthcare Facilities Development, Inc. has recently completed a HUD 242 project located in Waco, Texas with a total construcion project budget of $130,000,000. The construction time on this project was twenty-five months.
