The Owner's Representative is a project development consultant to the Owner during the team selection, programming, planning/design, pricing, total project scope,total project schedule, construction coordination, and close-out completion of the project. The Owner's Representative is to provide project development knowledge so that schedule, cost, and quality are maintained.

Each Owner and project has its own personality and service demands that must be addressed in order to fit that need.
Our Goal Our Fee
Our goal for every project is to provide cost savings that are much greater in value than the cost of our services. Our fee will not be based on a percentage of construction cost or project cost. It will be determined as a total-not-to-exceed amount and it will be modified only if the project scope develops major changes. We can provide cost savings recommendations such as:
